Margitsziget

Margitsziget (Margaret Island) is a green island in the middle of Budapest, surrounded by the Danube River. It is filled with trees, gardens, walking paths, and open spaces, offering a quiet escape from the city while still being right in its center.

The island is easy to reach from anywhere in Budapest, with tram 4 and 6 stopping at the entrance.

On the island you’ll find cafés, restaurants, the Palatinus Bath with its outdoor and thermal pools, sports facilities, and several well-known spots such as the Musical Fountain, the Water Tower, and the Japanese Garden.

You can enter the island from both the northern and southern sides. The festival venue is located closer to the southern entrance, from Margaret Bridge.

Kristály Színtér

Located on Margitsziget, Kristály Színtér is a relaxed and inspiring venue that perfectly fits the warm energy of forró. Evening concerts take place in the main indoor hall, while during the day the venue hosts dance workshops.

Afternoon parties are held in the outdoor area, creating a joyful atmosphere in close connection with the surroundings.
